Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Ngāti Hauā Iwi Trust will be held at Rukumoana Marae, 536 Morrinsville-Walton Road, Morrinsville on Sunday 23 November 2025 at 10.00am for the following purposes:

1. To receive the report on the operations of the Ngāti Hauā Group for the periods ending 31 March 2025
2. To present the Annual Report and duly audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the period 31 March 2025.
3. To approve the appointment of the auditor for the next Income Year;
4. To approve the Trustees remuneration;
5. To discuss any other General Business matters.
