Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Ngāti Hauā Iwi Trust will be held at Rukumoana Marae, 536 Morrinsville-Walton Road, Morrinsville on Sunday 23 November 2025 at 10.00am for the following purposes:
- To receive the report on the operations of the Ngāti Hauā Group for the periods ending 31 March 2025
- To present the Annual Report and duly audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the period 31 March 2025.
- To approve the appointment of the auditor for the next Income Year;
- To approve the Trustees remuneration;
- To discuss any other General Business matters.
